For many webinars, I register regardless because they send a link to use for access to it afterwards.

That's so thoughtful of you to share that with the community — even when you can't make it yourself, passing along resources like this can make a real difference for someone else. 💙

The Michael J. Fox Foundation does wonderful work supporting the Parkinson's community, and webinars focused on gait changes are especially valuable. Gait and movement challenges are very common with Parkinson's, and learning techniques to manage them can help with:

- Reducing the risk of falls
- Improving confidence when walking
- Managing freezing episodes
- Maintaining independence for longer

If anyone is interested in movement and exercise resources in the meantime, PD Warrior also offers personalized online exercise programs specifically designed for people with Parkinson's, which can be done from home.

As always, before starting any new exercise or movement program, it's a good idea to check in with your health care provider first to make sure it's the right fit for you.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, It still won't do me any good. My gait isn't going to improve much until the pain is my left side calms down significantly.
