For the past couple of days, my mom has been completely out of it even saying that she doesn't feel right. Her mobility is decreasing rapidly along with her appetite. Are we approaching the end of our time with her?
It has been my experience that a lot of these things can be an infection. Very often my husband says his PD is increasing and he will have a UTI. So yes check with a Dr to rule out if something else is going on.
Agree that contacting your doctor is a terrific first step. UTIs have created some of the most bizarre symptoms for my m.i.l. and it can be truly frightening. Thinking of you with care and regard.
