How exciting (and a little nerve-wracking!) that you're heading to Mayo Clinic Rochester — that's a fantastic step toward getting clearer answers. Here are some tips to help you make the most of your evaluation: Before You Go, Bring:

- A detailed list of all your symptoms, including when they started and how they've progressed
- Notes on your leg tremors, cramping, fatigue, and hand strength changes
- All current medications, supplements, and dosages
- Any previous test results, including your Syn-One test results
- Brain imaging files or CDs if you have them
- Your insurance card and contact info for your current care team Questions Worth Asking Your Doctor:

- What additional tests might help clarify my diagnosis?
- Are there treatments or lifestyle changes that could help my specific symptoms?
- Do any of my current medications interact with Parkinsonism treatments?
- Are there clinical trials I might be eligible for?
- Who should I contact between appointments if symptoms change? Consider bringing a trusted friend or family member along — having an extra set of ears for note-taking can be incredibly helpful during what can be a lot of information to absorb at once.

As a MyParkinsonsTeam member once shared, "Go to your doctors' appointments with questions." You're already doing that — well done!
