Many community members with Parkinson's confirmed they experience internal tremors, describing the sensation as a buzzing or vibrating feeling inside the body, often felt in the torso, feet, arms, or head. Several members shared that they did not initially know internal tremors were part of Parkinson's, and one member noted the tremors tend to feel less noticeable when staying active or busy. A recurring theme was frustration with the internal tremors, along with comfort in finding others who shared the same experience.

Deborah ,
For me , I mostly feel that inside tremors at night 🌙 when I'm sitting still or when I'm trying to sleep . I think it's because I'm one of the lucky people that actually have tremors even on medication for Essential Tremors . It's only in my head and neck , so my head bounces up and down pretty much all day long , but the good news is that when I'm out in public people think I'm acknowledging them , so I get alot of Good Morning or just hi . I'm so used to them , I really don't feel them anymore ..... 🤍

I have the vibration buzzing feeling. I describe to others like a fluorescent light buzzing but nit a sound a feeling and inside body. I guess I say that bc the annoyance youvfeel hearing an unstoppable buzzing from fluorescent light is that same root annoyance you have with the internal tremors. I didn't know they were internal tremors until a week ago when I Google. I am not on any Parkinson's meds yet. I developed full blown motor symptoms now presnt and visible almost full time the last mont + after intermittent symptoms with flash in the pan presentation for over a decade. I also have cerebral small-vessel disease (vascular problems in brain) for 14 yrs so I thought that was cause since my diagnosis is technically parkinsonism at this timevabd csvd mught be the cause. But dad was yopd at age 34 so inherited pd is possible who knows? I pray for a neurologist invested enough to ferret all this out bc the correct diagnosis will drive My treatment and reduce my suffering hopefully. So HATE internal tremors. Give me involuntary movements (mine last less than hour full body 1-2 xs daily), gait problems and global bidy bradykinesia any day!! So glad I stumbled across this Parkinson's site and joined a half hour ago. Benefiting by the minute...
