After dbs surgery a period of one month thereafter i experienced depressive symptoms. After switcging off the right-hand side stimulation the depressive symptoms as well as lack of appetite disappeared. But obviously motion stimulator which was working very well, stopped working . Has anybody experienced the same and is there a setting that would work to stop the depressive stimulation as well as not affecting by appetite.

You need to make sure your beta and theta band widths are at the right settings. You may need to restart your setting procedure over, off meds and turned off DBS and start over. I had to do that. I… read more
