Good suggestion. Simple strengthening exercises using 1 lb cans or weights will help.
I've been diagnosed for 2 years and have been on minimal dose of c&l but lately I am extremely sleepy and can sleep all day or fall asleep sitting in a chair watching TV. None of my other meds for anxiety and depression have changed.

Try Luggie Scooters. I purchased one 9 years ago for my late husband. He only used it once but now I use it on days that I don’t have enough energy to walk to. get the mail .
As a result I get very painful corns. I attend a podiatrist but even after treatment the pain can continue very difficult to get comfortable footwear.

No… I never have..
My mom has been diagnosed yrs ago but now just like 2 weeks ago her new Dr's took a mri scan of her brain and it shows no signs of Parkinson disease. The drs has said she is in stage 4 but she's been taking meds for it for yrs now, would the meds cause the symptoms of Parkinson.
Keep looking and get several opinions for your peace of mind.
