He finds that as soon as he lies down at night in the bed that his body starts to burn/ache - our bed is new and in good condition so it cannot be the mattress.

I switched to a recliner and it made my sleep much less active. I definitely get better sleep in the recliner than in a bed. Xoxox

I think firm is better because I can push against it with my elbows. I find moving in bed very difficult!

Boy ,wouldn't that be nice if they did but what little I know I don't think so. A nice bed would make a difference
