Does Any One Have Trouble With Their Nails?
Some of my nails are spliting almost to the cuticle. others are lifting from the nail bed. (both hands and feet)

I Notice My Toenails Have Turned Black On The Toes That Dig In. Any Ideas Of What I Can Do About The Black Toe Nails?

Nail Biting
Lately I have been biting my nail down to the quick. My nails used to be long until I got Parkinson's. I haven't told my Neurologist, yet. Anyone else have this, It seems like a trivial problem, though it concerns me.

Does Anyone Have A Problem With Their Toenails?
I've been having a problem with my toenails detaching from the nail bed. So far it's happening on 3 toes. The toe starts hurting. It feels like a blister but it's the nail detaching. It hurts for days & then it stops as the skin starts to get hard. So far I haven't lost a nail but you can see the separation. The shape of the nail is changing shape. I create leverage when I grab the headboard. Also helps to sleep naked.

Yes. My hair is getting thin. I use Biotin. It helps.

Does Anyone Else Have An Itchy Head With Some Hair Loss? It Seems To Correlate With My CL Dosages. Gets Worse With More CL In My System.
