If I take an additional dose of Sinemet I get strong Dyskenesia. This is Usually at night when I can’t and the half Sinemet has worn off.
Is there anything I can take to stop this happening and allow me to get some sleep?

they slip on really easy to slip on and the heel doesn't mash down. Drawback the cost $100.

Yes, it is too painful for me in a bed, I get too sore so I sleep in a recliner that way I don’t move all over the place I put pillows on each side of me.
My father is experiencing spinal curvature. Has anyone found a 2-part support pillow (seat + back) that helps correct this? He faces the same issue while lying down. Any recommendations for sleeping pillows?

I went to my Movement Disorder Doc today and as some of you know I have been complaining about my neck killing me @ times . She touched the back of my neck and immediately said "Yes, your Dystonia has moved to your neck as well"
She wants me to start Botox next month in the neck.
Question is --Has anyone had the Botox in the neck and how painful is it and does it last for a while? I am doing it because this neck pain is just to much at times,...

I have had parkinsons for 3 years .Recently I wake up several times during nite with terrible soaking night sweats. I have to change my pajamas because they are so wet and then I get very cold and chilled. I already have insomnia so get very little sleep. I also lately have had sweats and chilling day time.Dr. said just part of parkinsons! I would appreciate any suggestions and help that my parkinsons friends can give me. Thanks
