What do people think about vitamin B12 for someone with PD?

I'd recommend doing two things... First, contact the doctor you are seeing next month, and explain that you're about to run out of requip, and would it be safe to titrate down from your current dose until you see him. If he says yes, talk to the pharmacist and ask how to do so effectively.

The doctor might decide to write a script to hold you over.

i also take ropinirole which is the generic for requipt, it is the only one that helps me. I have a problem with going backwards, if I do I loose my balance and fall. My dosage in the med. is 4 ml. extended time release.. So hang in there.

I take ropinerole which is the generic for requip. It is the only medicine that does not give any side effects. plus I exercise at least 3 times per week. I take the extended time release so I take i tablet each day

You should definitely go off it gradually, one week at a time.
