I use a contoured therapeutic pillow for neck support, good selection on Amazon with good prices

Jerry, it sounds as if you have REM sleep disorder. I had it for years, and when we finally got the Parkinson's diagnosed we discovered that both my REM and sleep apnea can be early signs of PD. I use a CPAP machine and take clonazepam, Both I and my husband now sleep better-no more punching or kicking.

Same for me. CPAP and clonazapam. I still have many episodes of crying and screaming and talking but I don't want to increase the medicine or I'd be a zombie all day. REM sleep disorder adds to my fatigue level and is hard on my partner.
