Yes mam. I have ordered one and I'm enjoying it very much. Gives me peace of mind. I have the medical alert system and I wear a pendant around my neck 24/7. You also get a box to install at the front door with the key in it and the EMSs know where the key is so they can get in if they need to rescue me. I have a lifeline bracelet. I've used it 11 times. The first few times I had problems finding the necklace thingie, so I got the bracelet. It is easier to find when you fall backwards like I usually do because the necklace sometimes was behind me. I got mine for free through a state wide seniors center called MAC. When I need help is nice to know that button will get help for me and the voice will stay with me until the paramedics arrive, which is calming in a trauma.

It is funny that this question just came into in to my e-mail. I was talking to the man who was here to check out my security system and we had been discussing getting one that park with my home security I have one now that I got through the Senior Cittizen centre r here. They don't provide it but I got a discount by being a member at the center. Mi just found out from the man that it shoul be less expensive through my security. He is getting all I need to know for me and will bring it to me on Monday ni get calls constantly from people who are trying to. Sell them. I also hear ads on the t v If there is a senior center nearby, she should ask there. If not, the health unit her , gives good information. M you might not even think of this but the local library is an excellent source of information for this and many, many more things we need.

Oops, I almost forgot--- a cell phone will work for this if:1. She can get it out of her pocket quickly or will it snag when she attempts to move it. 2. If you fall and land on your side and the phone is in there., it might be nearly I,possible to call for help. Especially if you decide you can make the call on the phone. The life alert button only has to be punched one time. The phone has to go have at least 3 numbers (911) ) pushed.
If I were in a lot of pain, I would choose 1 push. There is another thing to think about. After you push the life alert button, there is no necessity to push again . The p11 people will take oveeed
