I don't know that this will be of any help. But it happened to me. Not to do with my PD DX... I had been hospitalized for a week due to a fall in which I shattered my left ankle/foot. Upon discharge, I was given Codeine as a continuing pain killer. Visual hallucinations started and didn't end until Codeine was out of my system! Dragons, fire, fearful images, etc. no more codeine for me for lifetime thank you!,, ps I have worked in psychiatric field. Now have a real understanding of the terror that comes from hallucinations...
I pray things get better for y'all!
Prayers and God's blessings for you and yours.

Please be very careful about who is treating your husband for this problem. Extreme fatigue can cause similar symptoms. I believe that it is extremely important that you use a Movement disorder specialist.

The symptoms that you are describing here, do not sound like hallucinations to me. I am not a medical doctor but I sometimes see clients with these issues. If he is not extremely afraid and what you are describing here are things people would have a tendency to be concerned about and not necessarily frightened. Little people are not going to harm him nor are these women.
If he is having problems sleeping, focus on that and these (visual day dreams) may go away.
Do you think he is a danger to himself with what is happening?
I hope you are able to get this resolved to your satisfaction.
