I'm sorry to hear about your struggles with night hallucinations. Here are some suggestions that might help:

1. Discuss with Your Doctor: Medications for Parkinson’s can sometimes cause or worsen hallucinations. Your doctor might adjust your treatment or suggest alternatives.

2. Create a Calming Environment: Keep your room well-lit at night to reduce visual hallucinations. Minimize shadows and background noise.

3. Consider Melatonin: Some people find melatonin helpful for soothing nocturnal psychosis, but always consult your doctor before trying supplements.

4. Emergency Plan: Work with your care team to create a plan for when hallucinations occur, ensuring everyone knows how to respond calmly and safely.

5. Support: Encourage caregivers to stay calm, offer reassurance, and avoid arguing about the hallucinations. They can gently redirect your attention or provide comfort.
