I take Propranalol (Inderol) for my tremors. I have had essential tremors since I was a teen (I am now 72) I started taking the Propranalol many years ago. It used to help a lot but lately my tremors are getting worse and the medication wears off too soon. I am meeting with my Parkinson's team next week to discuss meds

I am and it works great! I started off with my hands trembling so badly that I couldn't even read my own handwriting. After reaching the correct amount of primodone, I think two 50 mg. tablets at morning and night, my hand tremors completely went away unless I get into a very stressful situation and then my hands tremor, but I think that's probably the PD tremor. Hope this helps.

Good morning @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. Thank u for your concern. I am now taking Stalevo for my PD 2pills 5 times per day for over two years now they work fine sometimes til October 2015 it seems less affective especially when I'm exercising and having stress and and anxiety don't help either.

Thank you @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member and @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. I started taking the primadone for essential tremors since I was diagnosed with PD 2009. I am currently taking 3/50mg b4 bed. Don't see it's getting better but worse.

I take Primidone, 50 mg twice a day. My doctor said it was for my PD tremors.
