i use saline nasal spray and it helps
My excessive runny nose started with my dry eyes and eye drops. My ophthalmologist told me after inserting the drops, close your eyes, tilt your head forward and put light pressure in the corner of your eyes by your nose, wait 1 to 2 minutes with your eyes closed. This will allow the drops to start working and not get in your nasal passages. IT WORKED for my runny nose.
Forgot to say that Zyrtec helps with this issue.
