Oh, I hope someone has a surefire answer to this one. I have slept on several mattresses over the last several years and now am sleeping on an expensive lift bed that is terrible. It will elevate my head to the extent I need to sit up but then it leaves me in a hole to try to drag myself out of!!!!!!!! It is not firm and were it not for my head board which I can reach and finally pull myself over, I would be stranded in the position that I initially lay down in.

We have a memory foam mattress that contours to your body. Very comfortable for my husband who has PD.

Annette how do you find custom bed?
