Diet is very important for PK people. Keep the proteins down, try and stay an hours away from meds with meals, and watch the spicy foods.

Yes I have, I eat whatever I want. I mean everything in moderation but quality of life is more important now. Quantity, not so much. Paul.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member I have noticed alot lately that when i get thristy its like all of a sudden I have swallowed the desert.. and if i dont drink right when i feel thirsty i will choke even before im able to take the first drink. I have now become a faithful water bottle carrier..
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member if a food is too dry i tend to not beable to swallow it and will need more frequent drinks or dips to go with.. I hate using food glue ( potatoes, gravey or that sorta thing all the time but seem to need it more and more)

Not so much my diet, however I each so much slower than I used to I'm always the last one done. I have to chew everything carefully because sometimes swallowing becomes an issue.

I have noticed that I dont really enjoy spicy food as much but it seems to be the only food I can taste ... that tastes like it always did..
