Yes I know myself and a couple others on here do have the same thing. We get Botox injections for it. Hope that you get through it if not the injections do help but are a little sensitive.

I have PD, but my husband has the Blepharospasm. He has Parkinsoniam symptoms, buy has not been diagnosed. His eyes will shut tight and can not open them for some time. The amount of shut time varies a lot. He gets botox injections about every four months. The doctor will inject anywhere from 10-20 pricks around the eyes, forehead, nose, and cheeks. He doesn't drive much anymore because of it. I do not have it though.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, Hi Dave, it was good to hear from you. My husband also gets worse when tired and stressed. I'm glad to hear your eyes are some better though. Maybe they will stay that way or get even better. Sleep well tonight!

hi, @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. Tx for answering. No, I'm not a vet. That agent orange was a real bummer for a lot of soldiers. That's really tough, you getting it from him. I don't check this site real often-that's why I haven't answered sooner. My eyes have gotten a little better. its worse when I'm tired or stressed out. hope you come back & read this. Good luck to both of you. Dave

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. Yes, my husband still gets the botox, but like you, I don't think it helps much. Are you a veteran? My husband is a Vietnam vet and most of his illnesses come from the agent orange. He has PD symptoms as well, but hasn't actually been diagnosed. I have PD and think it's from absorbing the agent orange toxin from him.
