I'm not sure if this is the same as your talking about but whenever my meds start to wear off my legs tingle from the knees down they hurt also

Pat too had trouble eating out. We thought it was more anxiety but now I'm convinced there was more to it. He finally started carbo-Levo and it has made a world of difference! Reflux wasn't reflux per sae. (Dx with mild hiatal hernia did not make sense for such major discomfort, tossing and turning, explain with a "tingling" sensation with a pain level of 2 on a 1-10 scale. It was all related to these 2 conditions. Now, sleeping peacefully. No more constant tossing and turning with "reflux". We started keeping a daily journal just to pin point what he couldn't explain. Hang in there!

Re akathesia. So glad I read below about this condition. I have not been able to understand why I want my food to go instead of sitting in a restaurant. It's not because I have trouble sliding across the seat to get out and get up as I originally thought but it didn't make sense To me why I don't want to sit down and I'm concerned about social things coming up that I won't want to sit through the entire dinner with everyone else. I'm glad to hear it's something that's known and not just one of my weird imaginations

My legs could be described as my warning sign that it is time for meds. They tingle and feel numb. Don't hurt - just feel funny. After taking meds they are OK. I have more problems with side effects than I do with PD. .
