Albany Medical Center Movement Disorder Center is excellent.
Eric Molho, MD, Jennifer Durphy, MD, and Era Hanspal, MD are all great. I don't have experience with Adolfo Ramirez-Zamora, MD probably great too. They all specialize in movement disorders.

I would not recommend Dr. Celmins. Although she is a neurologist, she specializes in dementia and Alzheimer's Disease

Any of the doctors in the Movement Disorders Group at Albany Medical Center are good. My husband sees Dr. Dzintra Celmins. Dr. Donald Higgins of the VA (if you are former military) is excellent.
