Any ideas on dealing with poor blood circulation that goes along with
our lovely PD?
Massage therapy, Breathing exercises
Compression stockings help me...my normal range 89/47 without, with 105/58...makes a difference for me.
Cold feet all the time. Have to watch out when taking a bath. Some times I can't tell if the water is hot or cold.
As most people with PD also end up with diabetes, It may be nerve damage. As for Azilect, I think that one made me drowsy
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member we use Yoga stretches and Tai Chi. I have always read Hawthorne Berries help as well, but you need to check with your doctor. Message is great too.
Katie I think a 1/2 hour walk as often as possible helps a lot.
