I take Vit D, B3, B6 and B 12.Also, I take probiotics to maintain a healthy gut.
It's important to take vitamins 2-3 hours after prescription drugs

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - At a recent Parkinson's Support Group Meeting, we were informed by a neurologist that the research has not shown CoQ10 to actually help with PD. However, it is good for cardio health, which is what I take it for.

I just started taking a probiotic. I take B and C. Neuro said those help protect the neuron transmitters. I'll add some D. And thanks for the tip on 3 hours post meds.

Yes I do. Multivitamin, and my neurologist suggested I take Co-Q 10 for my PD.
