Thankfully I don't have this issue, but I know that several people in our support group do. Come to our meeting!

My husband's neurologist suggested Melatonin. Available over the counter starting with 2 or 3 mg doses. No need to get larger doses. Does not cause daytime drowsiness or anything and recommended to take it and simply go to bed. Works very well. My own doctor had recommended it for insomnia.

My wife does not have problems with that at night - but during the day she stays active all day. She refuses to "rest" and as a result is totally wiped out at night, and thank you Jesus, she is able to stay asleep all night We do take a product called Stops Leg and foot cramps regularly now because that was one of the issues we had at night, the cramping of leg muscles which would cause her to wake up screaming. That stopped it, and best part is it is organic and natural.
