Members connected over the relatable struggle of waking up in the early morning hours and not being able to fall back asleep. Several members shared that they had tried many remedies like melatonin, meditation, morning sunlight, and walking with limited success, while one member found relief after working closely with their doctor over eight months to find the right sleep medication. A recurring theme was the frustration of broken sleep cycles paired with encouragement to keep trying and to consult a doctor to find what works best.

I'm used to be awake at 1am and 2:30 am then 4am then6am and up for work! I know these times because my clock shines the time on the ceiling above the bed but now I alternate 35 mg Trazadon and 15 mg melatonin then 1/4 THC gummy and melotonin the next night and I have been achieving usually 6 hours sleep.

Tried everything I could come up with: exposed to morning Sun, walking, food, breathing, meditation, melatonin, stretching, etc. Nothing worked. Just gave up.
