I have been cooking for the last 12 years or so, and, while not graceful in the kitchen, I manage to make edible meals without hurting myself.

My wife won't let me cook since the Fire! Some people are just so picky. But she leaves me plates in the fridge and microwave very well. Can't use knives and I have to use built up ,weighted silverware. But I stay fed.

I live alone and have PD for 17 yrs. I will cook when I am "on" and will make extra to freeze. (Bake chicken, turkey etc or george forman fo ground meats) crock pot got to heavy. I basically eat a meat of some sort and frozen veggies. Not very exciting. I have a lot of problems with salt and water retention ... anyone else? A

Our caregivers make most of our meals ,Sometimes I'll make a meal on a crockpot or use my George Forman Grill. I am, concernd that I'll lose my balance and injure myself, I also can't carry things like boilng water from pastas from the stove to the sink.
