My husband has Parkinsons. Some nights he becomes so obsessed with a task that he will stay up all night doing that task. For instance, getting ready for taxes, he stayed up all night 'gathering the paperwork' for our taxes. But never really did anything useful to the goal! i have pd. it is not unusual for me to stay up all night but i sieep all day. jhave been advised that this is normal with pd.

No, I don't seem to have that problem as yet. Who knows, there are just so many symptoms of this crappy Parkinson's disease. However, I do not sleep too well at night and maybe only get 4 hours of sleep but I am not up doing a task, maybe just watching a Lifetime movie. Bean
