I don't think there is an easy answer to this one. I know couples who know the score, but get married anyway. A few years of happiness is better than loneliness in most cases. .

I think it's awful that someone would treat you like damaged goods because you have PD. People like that
You don't need in your life.

My wife married me 25years ago, and new I was just told I'd had Parkinson's, it's been ruff but were in Love.

Were that I was dating someone, I would want to know up front. It would explain the tremors (if I did not know about your Parkinson's, I would labor under the belief that I made you nervous) and the other symptoms associated with the disease. Since I love honest people, knowing that someone had the disease would not change my feelings about them. Now that I have had time to mull it over, I probably would have more respect for the person because they felt so comfortable that they exposed their vulnerability by telling me about their condition.
