I take 2 teaspoons of liquid magnesium a day. It helps. It was recommended by my neurologist. It's made by Drs Advantage
I take co q 10 and for me it is very helpful . I would recommend anyone to at least try it for a month and see for yourself if it's a benefit or not.
I do not take any supplements. Too many pills already. I have never had much faith in supplements. I've always felt that a balanced diet is much better and gives all the vitamins and minerals that one would need. I may be naive about that but I quite comfortable without supplements.
Hello dear @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. Yes I do. I take several different kinds of anti-inflammatories and supplements. One of the most important things is to make sure that you take plenty of antioxidants to keep inflammation down. I take a supplement called Inosine and I have been taking it for over two years that has given me back my ability to use my hands for small motor movements. It's been clinically tested for longer than two years by the Parkinson's Association and will probably be released to the public soon. Right now you can get it online or over the counter but when they release it to the public it will probably be available by prescription only. That's my guess. At the moment the cost is about $90 for two bottles with 240 capsules per bottle. I take (2) 500 mg daily.
Additionally I take all the primary antioxidants a.k.a. VITAMINS and CQ 10. Send @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member a post and he can tell you about the rewards of taking coconut oil which I take too.

Love you girlfriend. Sterling
I take lots of supplements including CoQ10, Magnesium and Turmeric. Also Vitamin D, Milk Thistle, Holy Basil. My doctor checks my list every 3 months and I get her approval. My daughter and 2 neighbors are kinesiologists and check me out periodically to see what my body needs. I cannot say that they help but my yearly blood work, etc. is excellent so they are not hurting me. Check with your doctor before you take anything.
