Re tai chi,
I attend tai chi classes three times a week and I practise almost everyday.
The benefits are enormous, especially the improvements in my balance,
along with a great sense of well being. Yes I can definitely recommend tai chi.
Go for it I say.

I went to my first class today. and I was very impressed. Sort of like a combination of the boxing and Yoga.

I did it at the beginning. It's very helpful if your balance is affected, or if you have never exercise before. I prefer more aerobic exercise and weights.

I've never tried tai chi, but I have tried boxing which changed my life. I'm from LA and I was fortunate to be apart of boxing therapy for Parkinson's patients. Google the program. I would also suggest changing your eating habits. Once I changed my eating habits I began feeling better
