days that is so good and then days of no interest in anything just wants to sleep hard to understand sometimes as a caregiver not always sure how to handle this as he also gets very touchy with what I say
I have some really good days and some days I'm so tired I just want to stay in bed all day. I think this is perfectly normal. We have so much fatigue it's hard to just go and go all the time. The depression alone is hard to fight as well. I just do my best every day to get the best I can out of all my good days ๐
thank you for sharing I just needed to hear from other pd people as he is most of time pretty good
Marys advise is spot on. Yes I have varied days but most are very good. If I tired I can be very average but on my best days I,m seriously dangerous. Control your mind and think positively eat well remove stress and get fit use it or loose it. Happy to expand if interested.

don't want to tally good days against bad days as that has only one outcome. I do have days with more energy and days I'm a sloth. try to pace myself, changed how I live-- more me time-- morning hygiene, breakfast, Face book, 15 minutes in the sun, music or reading and a nap after lunch. USed to go go go, now schedule one activity per day.
Church, grocery shopping, lunch out with friends-- not more than one per day.
He already takes 2 anti-depressants and an anti-anxiety medication along with his other meds. We are both trying to find our places that's for sure. I don't want to do for him if he can do for himself but there are times he's only too happy to have me step in.
