Feels Like Something Stuck In My Throat

I was diagnosed almost two years ago, treated with Sinemet only. For about two months or more I've had the feeling like something is stuck in my throat. It is not painful, just feels like there's something there. I wake up with it and it gets worse when I swallow pills. Have had an upper endoscopy and a barium swallow x-ray, both negative. I also have irritation on or in my neck/throat. I'm pretty sure it is parkinson's related. Massage, cough drops, and yoga all help with it.

I have big problems swallowing except for cream and liquids. This was how I was diagnosed in 2013. I visited a speech therapist for 2 years and it helped but I am fed via a tube because I can't eat ordinary food.

YI've had throat issues for almost 16 yrs and think it has to do with my PD of tightening my throat muscles stiff rigidness comon in PD. Unfortunately we just don't know which muscle it's going to affect until it happens. I've had PD since 2006.
