any type of stress causes me to shake. Stress can be physical, emotional or work!!

Yes definitely, The more tense or stressed I am the worse my tremors are!

Absolutely. If my husband gets upset over anything his tremors get severe

absolutely stress and anxiety can make Parkinson systems worse! I do not know the medical terminology for this, I know from personal experience when I get stressed my tremors can get uncontrolled. Also, if my anxiety level is high, tremors get worse and I seem to be more exhausted! I think my anxiety is part of my depression. I take a very mild anxiety med, as needed only, and that seems to help. As for the stress, I have a regiment of using certain essential oils that seems to help calm tremors.
