I use the same term, brain fog because that's how it feels. I'm in the process of cutting down on the meds to see if that will help.I'm currently doing Rock Steady boxing, yoga, Tai Chi, light therapy, etc.

As we get older we all experience periods of forgetting the name of a person or object. Parkinson's seems to make this worse. The more we use our brain the better we will be. Play word or number games, do crosswords, play scrabble or chess, write down lists of states of the USA or cities of the country in which you live and try to memorise them.( for me lists work best if written in alphabetical order.) If you don't use it, you lose it.

Yes, getting closer to what we're experiencing. Walking under water after a couple of cocktails! It's not real, but yes, VERY ANNOYING! Thanks! I'm not sure if this is a PD symptom, but who knows? There are so many. Who knew?
