My husband gets a deep tissue massage every two weeks. This helps relieve his muscle stiffness and gives him more movement. This is something we pay out of pocket because medicare or veterans admin doesn't pay. Anyway it is something we choose to do because it makes him feel better.

I go to chiro. Everywhere. We have a tendency to slouch forward. Thus skeletal and muscles are affected but don't forget we have nerve endings in those muscles if our muscles stay tight in will cause muscles fatigue to the muscles that are supporting it
Get a massage wand and use it
Back to nerves we have a.nerve called vagus nerve it splits from skull and you can working by putting esse rialto oil peppermint on it. It is the indent just under your ear lobe
When we don't relax our neck abd shoulders thus can I pinged this nerve
This is a very important nerve do some research o n it
Here are some I found
Get using that massage wand or what you can find to keep your muscles relaxed
