If you do a search on your computer for 'FREE Tai Chi videos', many will pop up. You could also go to the Michael J Fox and/or National Parkinson Foundation sites and ask them which would be best. I do searches for meditation, boxing and info on everything to do with Parkinson's and I feel that I get good information especially from these two trusted sites (must be careful where you look for advice).
