Has Anyone Experienced Pain In Toes?
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello Everyone! I have PD that only affects my right side. For the last few months, I started to experience sharp and then dull pain and cramping in right foot toes only. I am never comfortable when I sleep...lots of movement trying to be comfortable and now this. The pain lasts about 5-10 minutes. Nothing visible. I see my neurologist tomorrow for my yearly exam so I plan on bringing this up. Has anyone experienced this? I do tend to stumble and have had a few falls.

I also have RLS and it's very irritating. How long have you been on the medicine that you are taking for it and does it seem to work well? Hugs

My toes used to curl up years ago and got very stiff, it took several painful minutes to straighten them, but that was a long time ago. More recently my toes started to curl underneath and started to hurt quite a bit,
I got some soft cushions that are actually designed for hammer toes, they cushion the bottom of my toes and really seam to help, I wear them most of the time:)

The symptom that got me to the doc in the first place was severe pain in my left leg and my left toes would go all rigid and point out to the left. Very painful, and it still happens occasionally if I go too long between doses of Sinemet and Pramiprexole. I take a PR every time I take the Sinemet. Also take both at bedtime and the RLS is pretty much under control. It does happen occasionally and it completely drives me nuts, I can’t stand the RLS feeling!!!
