I have tried a speech therapist and found her to be very helpful. However, since I am now in an assisted living home, I have not kept up with the practice that is essential for the theraphy to work. It requires a lot of noise and although I have a private room, it is a distraction for me to Conduct the exercise.

No I've never tried it but I think I might because I really really shake and that's getting worse on this daily As It Seems. However I do have trouble also swallowing sometimes I get choked on things so the muscles in my throat don't work like they should and if I try to eat too fast or take too big of a spoon or fork for mostly spoons now because I don't use forks really well unless I want to share my food with the rest of the table
