The herbs are causing rashes or dry skin

There are many drug interactions with echinacea, though I don't think zinc is one of them. If you have pollen allergies, echinacea can cause allergic reactions. Check with your pharmacist.

I have never taken Echinacea. I just take a double dose of Vitamin C and drink LOTS of water. Always seems to work for me. I hope you get well soon.

I take Echnicia and with no side effects.

Thank you I just came from there and he said yes it would help keep me from getting the cold and flu that is going around the office but yes he said regular sinamet would interact with echinacia the time released might not so I guess I am not going to be taking the echinacia. He did say he found nothing about the zinc so I will keep taking that and see what happens.
