Ell, this is Dave responding, I have gone to a chiropractor for years due to work injuries to my neck and back. It has helped when the PD became a factor 5 years ago. However, here is my solution, and it is free. Go to You Tube and type in Pete Egoscue or Pain Free Pete Egoscue. He has exercises for every part of your body. They are very easy to do because most of them are done as stretches or laying/sitting on the floor. As for your depression, get outside and walk around the neighborhood or something. Reducing stress is an absolute necessity. Stress is our biggest enemy. God bless you.

Thank you for your anjswer. I can believe stress is our biggest enemy. It is very hard to control not getting stressed. I know it has a bad effect on me.

I was thinking the same thing as I have a pinched nerve in my neck since Thanksgiving 😐. And yes stress is a killer!! Usually whatever really stressful situation I'm in, I always think I am in control and then about a week or so later my body says 😆NOT🤣 That's when I end up either on the floor or in the fetal position 🙄 I say I got this!!! My body says "you no got dis" and now I will show you whose da boss !😁
The struggle is real. 😄🤣😂
