I save items by copying them into a word document.
First highlight what you want to copy. Then ctrl c to copy.
Then open a word document, position cursor and ctrl v to paste it in.

In over-simple terms, put the cursor at the beginning of the text you want to put in your file to save, and hold the left mouse button to highlight the text you want to save, While holding that left button, move the mouse to the end of the text you want to copy. To copy the selected text, it is easiest to push ctrl & C before you stop pushing the mouse button. Open a new blank document in Microsoft word or Google Docs (you can download this for free) or notepad. Right click on your blank page, and push ctrl & V. Your selected text will go into your document. Too rudimentary? Sorry! It is surprising how many computer users don't know how to copy & paste. If your computer skills are way beyond this point, perhaps this post will help someone else. Let me know if you are using a cellphone or a tablet instead of a computer, because it is slightly different for those. It is pleasant to have PD info folders to refer to. And this website has lots of info. Luv ya!
