Members helped someone who was feeling overwhelmed trying to find the Favorites feature on the platform, offering step-by-step guidance based on how they access the group. Several members shared tips about looking for three small dots in the corner of a post, with helpful screenshots showing different locations depending on the device or access method being used. A recurring theme was that tech features can be inconsistent and confusing for everyone, met with warmth, humor, and encouragement from the community.

Great news — saving posts to Favorites is simple once you know where to look! The "Save to Favorites" option isn't a standalone button on the page, it's tucked inside a small menu on each post. Here's how to find it:

- Look for a circle with a downward arrow in the corner of any post or question
- Tap or click that icon to Show Full Answer

Great news — saving posts to Favorites is simple once you know where to look! The "Save to Favorites" option isn't a standalone button on the page, it's tucked inside a small menu on each post. Here's how to find it:

- Look for a circle with a downward arrow in the corner of any post or question
- Tap or click that icon to open a small menu
- Select "Save to Favorites" from the options that appear

Once saved, all your favorite posts will be stored in your Favorites area, making it easy to go back and find them anytime. If you're using the mobile app, the icon may look slightly different, but it works the same way. If you're still having trouble spotting it, try zooming in on the post — sometimes those little icons can be sneaky! 😄
