There seems to be neurological disagreement about this, and presumably the disagreement is addressed in the American Neurological Society's Guidelines for treatment, but you have to be a member to see them.
I’d appreciate any help or opinions on this.
I have slowly removed Azilect/rasgalibe as well as Neupro from daily consumption and have have found that with three time released carbodopa/levodopa 50-200
that I am moving slower my voice has gone down in volume considerably and the ache and muscle stiffness in the upper right arm arm muscle has become much more acute
I've been on Rasagiline for almost two years - no side effects.
Ok they have me on 1/2 of Azilect and it helps me with the muscle pain and I feel much clearer but my carbo levadopa has also been cut from 50/200 to 25/100
I am closely monitoring the carbidopa—levodopa medication for any side effects such as nausea and vomiting which caused my recent er visit and hospitalization
On levadopacarb.. one month. Nauseous all day
