We were involved in Southeastern Guide dogs in Palmetto Florida. It’s for the blind and fabulous. We went to a PD conference and there was a lady there with her guide dog sitting quietly at her feet in the bleachers. Said she loves to swim but had to stop for fear of drowning. The dog is trained to watch her closely while she swims and is trained to save her!! She said it was trained to do that but that’s all I know.?i could call SEGD and ask if they know anything.
