I have had that musky smell on and off for years. Sometimes my husband call also smell it. Very unpleasant and worst first thing in the morning. Just another thing you learn to accept.

I haven't smelled anything for a few years, that was my first sense to go! And some people at the Parkinsons Group in Tooele said the same thing.
As for fatigue, please try Magnesium Malate and B1, my doctor recommended it, and it works wonders. I have not been in the hospital, getting IV Magnesium every other night, since starting that.

I don't know if you actually smell different as opposed to your nose picking up odd scents. I've noticed this but always believed it was my brain tricking my 🐽 nose
