@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, protein will interfere with the absorption of levodopa meds, so they need to go in at different times. On the other hand, you definitely need protein. Sounds like you have figured out a pretty smart plan to me. I congratulate you for some really smart decisions.

I have lost weight because I have changed what time I eat and what I eat.(I eat six small meals a day..I feel that my medicine does not work as well when I eat protein. but I cannot function at all if I do not eat some protein.
