Difficulty Tolerating 3X Carbidopa-Levadopa0 25--100 Mg
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

Can only tolerate 1/2 dosage 3X a day. When I take a full pill I get spaced out/foggy.
Any one else having this problem?

You should talk to your doctor and probably cut your dosage.

Yes, I have the same problem with 25/100 carbidopa levidopa. I take 4 per day, and I swear, I am worse with it. My head is foggy, and I am very lightheaded. I sleep every afternoon, and it has altered my personality. I never spoke to the dr. about it. I just thought that it was normal. I don't know how "normal" this feeling is.

I just switched from 25/100 tablets 4 times daily to the extended release. It makes a difference with my lightheaded feelings. Still have tremors.

I take 25/100 carbidopa/levidopa 3xday for balance issues and encounter no problems.

I have the same problem so I half the pill and take half every 4 hours! Works great no more nausea or sedated feeling!
