I have severe pain on the top and side of my foot. Had xrays - no fracture or arthritis seen. So by process of elimination must be Parkinson's which I was diagnosed with 2 years ago
Here’s a link to a foot pain with PD video!

Hope it helps!
When you have Distonia heaven help anything that touches your feet. An in home therapist called it fools good because he said there really is nothing wrong with your feet it is your mind playing tricks on you... Well, when they shot an electrode in my right for and mine you, i was off so my foot was not in the mood for zapping...both the tester and myself felt nothing going to my right foot ...he did it twice to be sure and proved that what people see is about 1/2 of what you are actually experiencing but i honestly feel there is noone in my family or friends that could handle this kind of pain and madness and i wouldn't want them to either.
It’s basically when someone causes damage to their feet and doesn’t know it. Then the feet don’t heal right causing chronic pain. It’s due to nerve issues which is definitely an issue with diabetes, but also can be one with PD.
And, if you’re like me, you kick table legs or lose a little balance and step wrong, etc... anyway, I beat up my feet more than I realize and finally got to the point that every step hurts at times. Especially first thing in the morning...
My PCP is sending me for X-rays then to a podiatrist. I’ll let you know what happens...
