Sleeping more is sometimes an indication of depression. Don't take this mildly. Apathy, lack of desire to do anything, no energy are all symptoms of PD not that they should be used as an excuse of course but deal with them for they are there talk to the medical man (or woman!)
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member is absolutely spot on with this. 2 years prior to being diagnosed I was a single mom, getting my masters, teaching full time and doing my principal internship...I would go home in the evening/afternoon and nap till about 7p...get up and make dinner and go right back to sleep...on the weekends I would sleep till 11 and get some stuff done and go back for a nap and then be up all night writing lesson plans and grading. The big wigs whom have the "in" on Parkinson's, lol, now say that my parkinsons probably began when I was 28 and first reported having depression.
