Sorry to hear of your discomfort. Yes, I have pins and needles, locations feet, calves, lest side of face, behind eyebrow. Mine are considered neuropathy, which can co-exist with PD or exist independent of PD. I am not on medication but I"ve heard some use Gabapentin for nerve pain. For me, acupuncture has been useful for this kind of pain and other PD symptoms. Best wishes.

Yes I have recently experienced a spinning head but sometimes it can feel like lead. I also get peripheral neuropathy in both feet and legs, my neurologist said a lot of his patients with PD experience this and he beloved it is because the rigidity of the muscles in PD restricts the blood supply to them thereby causing the burning and tingling sensations. He also admitted that quite often pain relief is not effectively managed in conjunction with PD as a lot of medical professionals do not have enough knowledge about Parkinson’s and the fact that symptoms can vary greatly from patient to patient.
